striving to do better. As a Regional Controller – Processing
Division, you will implement, manage, and control finances,
accounting and office systems of multiple processing facilities
which will be used to provide management with timely, accurate and
action-oriented reporting. You will partner with the Divisional
Controller to leverage cross-functional relationships to unify
reporting and analysis throughout the entire processing division.
You and your team will be responsible for the creation of financial
statements, costing analysis, application of policies and
procedures, A/P and A/R processing, and reconciliation of all
assets, liability, equity, revenue and expense accounts. You will
direct the use and interpretation of financial information to
partner with operational leadership to increase overall financial
literacy for the location, division, and organization. As a leader,

best and always striving to do better. Directly manage a team of
finance, accounting and office staff. Work with the Divisional
Controller as a liaison between the finance management team and
other processing locations to communicate information, updates,
projects, and initiatives effectively, timely and accurately.
Partner with operational leaders to rapidly implement new
initiatives, create simplified resources and tools which align
daily operational direction with overall strategic vision, and
provide hands-on training for team members at all levels. Financial
Management and Policy Enforcement Enforce Pacific Seafood’s
accounting policy while driving the implementation, application,
and continual improvement of financial and accounting processes and
procedures. Perform a thorough review of financial statements,
product costing and related information to ensure information is
accurate and submitted timely. Manage tax forms, registrations,
licenses, etc. at the facilities within your region to ensure
preparation is accurate and submitted timely. Optimize local office
and accounting function to support remote locations within your
region. Confirm that proper daily financial transactions are
recorded in the general ledger on a timely/accurate basis and all
appropriate information is thoroughly backed up. Ensure AP/AR,
physical inventories and capital projects are being processed
efficiently and in line with Pacific Seafood’s policies and
procedures. Be responsive to changes in project priorities.
Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, and Analysis Management Manage
communication between sales, operations, and support leadership to
maximize the accuracy of forecasts and budget to actual reports,
identify margin/profit opportunities, and provide timely metrics
for their respective teams. Monitor, analyze, and control operating
performances. Determine and drive change in your location’s
facilities to optimize efficiency and profitability. Manage and
coordinate the budgeting process for your location’s facilities and
the processing division, all while ensuring integration and
alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Partner with
controller team to provide analysis and reporting necessary for the
monthly and/or quarterly evaluation of accruals and reserves.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary to
support the overall goals and objectives of the position. What you
bring to Pacific Seafood Education and Experience Required BA/BS
degree from an accredited college or university in accounting or
related field. Minimum 6 years of finance/accounting experience and
team management. Strong knowledge of GAAP and FASB codification
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time or more, as required.
Preferred CPA or CMA is preferred. Prior multi-state,
multi-location accounting and management experience. Experience in
Manufacturing or Seafood industry Bilingual Physical Requirements

this job, the team member: Must be available to work Monday–Friday
during regular working hours, with occasional weekend duties.
Ability to maintain a stationary position 80% of the time, with
intermittent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and/or crawling.
Ability to move and transport documents, equipment, or other items
weighing up to 50 pounds across various locations for different
team members, departments, and events. Capable of occasional travel
as required by duties, demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness
in diverse locations. Capable of operating a computer and other
office productivity machinery, including a calculator, copy
machine, and printer. Capable of frequently communicating with team
members and stakeholders, accurately conveying detailed or
important spoken instructions. Capable of perceiving visuals for
activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures,
transcribing, viewing a computer screen, and engaging in extensive
