Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet for
inquiries and support issues
Process a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve basic
support issues, escalating complex problems as needed
Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring accurate
customer information and follow-up on escalated issues
Required Qualifications
Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
High School Graduate or GED
Proficient in PC operation and navigation
Ability to type 25 wpm
Over 18 years of age
