Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job
Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health - Auto Offer Location
(On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Mount Angel, OR (onsite) Contract
Duration: 13 weeks Working hours - Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Total hours - 40 Backfill for JB Home Health RN - Mt. Angel OR and
surrounding areas - Start Date: ASAP - Shift: 8hr Days (*This
facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.*) - Schedule: 5 Days a
week - Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30
productivity points standard) - Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of
Skilled Home Health Experience , Oasis experience required -
First-Timers Accepted: No - Weekend REQ: May need to work some
weekends - Certs REQ: BCLS - Is On-Call REQ?: No - Will this
traveler need to float between like units?: No - Open to
accommodating block schedule?: No - Locals Accepted: Yes;
Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the
same rate - Pending License Accepted: Yes - RTO Restrictions:
Confirm with hiring manager - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call
off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks) Special
Requirements - Traveler is expected to have their own
transportation. - System does a good job grouping clients
minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of
50 miles. - Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in
addition to one booster - Epic experience preferred Hospital
