Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of urgent and non-emergency health conditions Prescribe medication and other therapies in accordance with patient needs and regulatory standards Provide patient-centered care that is respectful of, and responsive to, individual patient preferences, needs and values Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical training Strong clinical skills with the ability to react decisively in emergency scenarios Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of practice Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP-BC) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
