Lead Resident Services Assistant (Part Time) - PACE at
Providence Non-RN - Oregon summary: The Lead Resident Services
Assistant at Providence PACE assists elderly residents in an
assisted living facility by providing personal care, administering
medications, and leading other care aides. This part-time role
involves documentation, shift communication, and problem-solving
under clinical supervision to support resident health and
independence. The position requires certification in medication
administration and basic life support, emphasizing compassionate
care in a community setting. Description This position will be
working 24 hours/week to support our Irvington Assisted Living
facility. Under the direction of the Resident Care Supervisor or
Operations Supervisor and with clinical supervision, the Lead
Personal Care Aide is expected to serve in a leadership role with
other Aides to complete all required documentation, assure that all
care and medications are administered appropriately, to solve
problems, and to communicate with the staff of the next shift.
Performs basic and routine quality care to the PACE Assisted Living
residents including assisting them in the activities of daily
living and other personal care tasks. Providence PACE is a Program

Qualifications: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
upon hire. Six (6) months Medication administration experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Completion of approved medication
administration training. Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification
