WORK AT A FORTUNE 100 COMPANY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO START A CAREER, (THIS IS A CONTRACT TO PERM POSITION) WITH A HUGE COMPANY.
* CONTRACT TO PERM POSITION
* Serve as a primary contact for inbound customer inquiries via telephone, Internet, e-mail or facsimile transmission.
* Call center experience required
* Provide customer service assistance for all internal and external customers of the Company.
* Answer customer questions related to orders, RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorizations) product availability, pricing, etc. via phones and/or email
* Process/enter orders in Oracle ERP - Will Train on ORACLE
* Process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) requests in Oracle ERP - Will train
* Follow pre-defined procedures to identify, evaluate, solve and escalate customer issues.
* Must be flexible with work schedule from the hours of 5:00AM - 7:00PM MON - FRI WORK 5 DAYS A WEEK 8.5 HRS DAILY
* Must have strong customer service soft-skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Must be able to communicate information easily over the telephone and email
* Excellent communication skills including spelling and grammar usage
* Oracle ERP experience preferred NOT Required

REQUIRED SKILL & EXPERIENCE
-High school diploma or GED
-Clear drug test
-Clear Background check
- Need minimum of 3 months of Call Center Customer Service experience
- Able to Interview ASAP & Start Working in 1 -2 weeks
