Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Support Agent US Part-Time
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality multi-channel support to customers through
telephonic, chat, and email communication channels
Diagnose and resolve problems using department tools, resources,
and expertise
Report feedback and advocate for customers to resolve issues
effectively
Required Qualifications
Possess a Juris Doctorate
Have proficient PC skills including knowledge of Windows, Microsoft
Office, and basic troubleshooting
Experience with Lexis Advance and Lexis+ products
Ability to work flexible hours on a part-time basis (19 hours/week
required)
Demonstrate customer service relationship-building skills in all
customer contacts
