Looking for a patient representative with great customer service to support Medicare Advantage members!

• Long term
• Remote/Hybrid is possible down the road but will be working onsite from the start until converted to permanent.Description:
  • Assist with coverage and claims related questions.
  • Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products.
  • Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution.
  • Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner
  • Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned
  • Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understoodMust haves:
    • Call center experience and understanding metrics/expectations
    • Must have excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
    • Understand how to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently
