Customer Service Reps for a well known banking powerhouse in the
Salem area. Great opportunity for someone who is wanting to go from
retail/front facing customer service to professional office
- Resolving complex inquiries and complaints from internal and
- Processing complex transactions on-line
- Performing extensive research to resolve the complex customer
- Cross-selling or referring new services
- Receiving a large volume of inbound callsQualifications
- Customer Service (Call center preferred, retail, reception,
- Ability to work independentlyPay: $18.18Duration: Perm
Location: Salem, ORSchedule: Will need to be available for a
8-hour, 5-day workweek between Mon-Sat 6:00am-8pm*Training for 7
weeks Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm*Starting 9/26*No drug
