Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join its
remote Service Desk team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to end users through the use of a case management
system
Respond to and diagnose incidents, problems, and requests using
knowledge base articles
Test new products before release and provide feedback to the Media
Producer Team
Required Qualifications:
Employment eligibility to work in the US
Ability to work full business hours with potential for overtime
Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting
skills
Experience working with an IT ticketing system
Working knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
