The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:Collect, organize and analyze large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyFilter and "clean" data from multiple sourcesCreate reports/presentations based on data analysisInteract with outside audit personnel regarding confidential informationCollect information from other MATS personnel to include in audit requestsAssist with hosting internal auditsEvaluate current data analytic processes to determine ways to improve efficienciesStay up-to-date on latest IT processes which can improve analysis functionsProvide Excel, RequestPro and Quick Booksl training for other employeesAny other duties as may be assignedRequirements:Minimum two year degree in business or related field3-5 years experienceDetail oriented, analytical and inquisitiveAbility to work independently and with othersExtremely organized with strong time-management skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel Certification including dashboards, reporting, pivot tables. Basic macro writing a plusExperience with Microsoft Word & Powerpoint
