position will conduct economic, technical, and policy analysis
related to OHCS's Affordable Rental Housing funding strategies and
priorities. They will participate in program development, planning;
develop and implement operational controls and reporting that serve
to increase efficiency, clarity, and alignment with diverse
efforts. This position will also assist and/or lead new program
implementation and one time program offerings.MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONSA bachelor's degree in business or public
Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political
Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge
and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative,
analytical and planning work.ORAny combination of experience and
education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically
supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.To request

programs.
- Experience planning or coordinating significant processes,
programs, and/or outreach efforts.
- Experience in researching and summarizing complex subject
matters.
- Ability to critically analyze, interpret, and explain technical
data and reports.
- Excellent Communication (verbal & written).
- Ability to present program, policy, and technical information
to a wide variety of audiences.
- Ability to be proactive, adaptable, and socially
collaborative.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize assignments to
