ABOUT THE TEAM

Global Cloud Services (GCS) is responsible for all 4+1 infrastructure and associated technical platforms.

Cloud Control Center is dealing with high priority incidents, and is working in continual improvement towards prevention and remediation of occurring issues.

We (ONE Service Desk) are the customer face of Global Cloud Services (GCS) providing a central, first point of contact for different lines of business (LoBs).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Position Title: -SAP iXp Intern - Process Excellence Associate

Location: Newtown Square, PA / Virtual US

Expected Start Date: April 2022

Contract Duration: 6 to 11 months

You will play an active role in problem solving for our OSD operations team including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, developing and conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

- Acquire the necessary knowledge and expertise to help companies achieve excellence in their operations
- Work with cross cultural and diverse team spread across the globe
- Provide timely and ongoing regular updates on attended projects

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

- Student /Graduate in Business or other Technology or Scientific degrees will be also considered
- Familiar with Agile Project Management & Lean techniques
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
