Description/Qualifications Your Role With Us: Your expertise in the Epic system will serve to guide teammates and customers on projects while also making diverse and complex individual contributions to our skilled team. Core Functions:

• Plan, analyze, design, implement, test, debug and maintain Epic software applications.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of the Epic System
• Perform analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex incidents not resolved by the user or tier I support.
• Provide input into developing standards and requirements for new products/services and assists in assuring that new purchases fall within this structure.
• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of multiple systems. Background/Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Health care preferred OR eight years related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Epic related experience required.
  • Experience in an ambulatory clinic setting preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) Epic Certification with current NVT required.
  • EpicCare Ambulatory certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Epic Certification in one or more of the following modules preferred: MyChart, Care Everywhere, Healthy Planet, Security, Reporting Workbench, Radiant, Orders, or Clin Doc We have many excellent opportunities available!
