Job Description:
Role / Title: Business Analyst IIILocation: Salem, OR
(REMOTE)Pay Rate: $60/hr on W2 Duration: 12+ MonthsIndividuals in
this position have demonstrated experience in the standard
concepts, practices, and deliverables related to Business Analysis
in support of software development projects. Understands how to
gather and document requirements. Has a working knowledge of the
software development lifecycle. Works under limited supervision
with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and
independent judgment. Some familiarity with the use of standard
market Testing tools. May require a bachelor's degree in a related
area and at least 6 years or equivalent experience in the field or
in a related area.Develop and maintain test plans, test
cases/scenarios, and detailed test scripts for testing of system
functionality, data processing and system integrations.Document
testing errors and work with project team to resolve and retest
reported errors.Analyze data needs and design data flows in context
of overall system architecture.Coordinate with IT project manager,
analysts, developers, DBAs, operations teams and software vendor's
technical resources to complete project deliverables.Interact with
business SMEs to document and verify their data needs including
system flows and context of any changes.Analyze data input fields
and data processing and validate the output.Analyze and design
appropriate information processes for data flow and reporting
outputs to assist business users.Design and create technical
specifications for developers to code and unit test.Develop testing
strategy for end-to-end system testing with inputs and outputs of
system interfaces.Review system data, find issues, normalize design
and recommend changes to data models.Diagnose user problems and
assist programmers in designing and implementing fixes.
