- On the Job TrainingGeneral Position SummaryResponsible for
protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of Catholic
Community Services real estate assets in order to maximize both the
CCSF's financial return and the benefit of tenants, consumers, and
the community.Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license (or the ability
to obtain a valid Oregon driver license within 30 days of hire) and
a driving record that permits coverage under the agency's corporate
auto liability policy and personal automobile liability insurance
coverage.
- Maintenance, painting, and grounds keeping experience in a
commercial office setting preferredPreferred Qualifications,
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Knowledge of property, building maintenance, and tenant
relations.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of federal and state OSHA regulations.Essential
Position Functions and Key Work Processes
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and
departments
- Ability to recognize and initiate corrective actions for safety
hazards
- Ability to perform necessary job tasks as required per work
orders
- Ability to use appropriate methods, materials, tools, and
equipment in all maintenance work
- Responsible for receipt accountability for purchases
- Provides prompt, detailed, and accurate status reports on all
properties worked on
- Maintains proper tenant/customer relations
- Performs routine and incidental maintenance on an as needed
basis
- Keeps abreast of new technologies, systems and procedures
related to property management
- Travels as assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Performs emergent tasks as needed while on-call
