we must empower them. Providence Health Plan is calling a Senior
Sales Service Specialist who will:
- Support the commercial Account Executives, Account Managers,
and other Sales team members as assigned in ongoing service
activities by representing Providence Health Plans (PHP) to
existing and prospective clients, producers and other departments
via email, telephone and in person
- Serve as an integral member of the Commercial Sales Department
and as such influences policies, processes and procedures relating
to Commercial Sales. We welcome 100% remote work for residents who
live in the State of Oregon and Clark County in the State of
Washington. Required Qualifications:
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are
required to comply with all state laws and requirements for
driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver
license and auto insurance upon request.
- 5 years - Experience communicating with customers.
- 5 years - Ability to work in a detail oriented position with
demonstrated ability to independently analyze data, situations and
problem solve.
- 5 years - Proven ability to organize and prioritize in order to
meet internal and external required deadlines without
prompting.
- 5 years - Ability to answer peer questions with clear, concise,
correct answers.
- 5 years - Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills with
emphasis on courteous and responsive telephone etiquette.
- 5 years - Ability to independently compose basic business
correspondence; including but not limited to offering written
explanationsof Providence Health Plan policies and procedures.
- Hold Oregon and/or Washington Insurance License or be able to
obtain license within 6 months of obtaining the position. Preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education
and experience
- 5 years - Cross trained in large and small group renewals or

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation
may be available for this role, such as shift differentials,
