Job Description:

The Med Tech is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care". Ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents daily life rhythm. Develops assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.Shifts available:Part-time 2p-10p Friday and SaturdayPay range: $18-$26/hr depending on experience. *Plus $1-$3 shift differential depending on shift worked*A day in the life may look like:

• Provides resident care, including administering medications and documenting each treatment
• Maintain communication with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and residents' families concerning resident care
• Prepares shift reports
• Promotes and protects the rights of each residentTo be successful in the role, you would have:
  • Current Med Tech certification is a plus
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute careWhat's in it for you?
