Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicaid Care Navigator / Care
Coordinator (TX Only).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls in a call center environment, assisting
Medicaid members with services such as PCP changes, ID cards, and
transportation coordination
Educate and assist members in understanding their benefits and
available services
Meet performance metrics for adherence and quality
Required Qualifications:
At least 4 years of combined work experience in a relevant field
(e.g., call center, medical insurance, or customer service)
Experience working with the aging, blind, and disabled
population
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
environment
Preferred: BA in Social Work, Healthcare Management, or related
fields, or relevant certifications
