Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service and foster trust with customers
Discuss overdue credit card payments with customers

Negotiate payment or settlement plans with customers
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer engagement experience in any industry
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Comfortable negotiating and guiding conversations
Ability to connect easily with others and build rapport
Tech-savvy and able to learn new software and systems
