Job Description:
A company is looking for a Professional Development Operations
Scheduler (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and manage logistics for professional development sessions
using Salesforce
Collaborate with internal teams to gather event details and
escalate any gaps
Maintain and update customer and session information in accordance
with service level agreements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
At least 1 year of experience using Salesforce or similar business
systems
Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and
workflows
Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Suite
