Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff People Partner to serve as a
trusted collaborator and advisor to business leaders in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders, designing
and implementing effective talent strategies
Drive the implementation of performance management frameworks and
develop talent programs
Negotiate and resolve employee-relations conflicts while partnering
with People Operations and Legal Teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a People Partner, Talent Manager, or
equivalent role in a rapidly growing organization
Expert proficiency in talent management practices and state &
federal HR regulations
Proven ability to build and deliver large-scale people programs
aligned with business objectives
Strong data-analytics skills to differentiate trends and turn
insights into actionable strategies
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with experience
in creating training content
