Salem Emergency Physicians Service is seeking full-time APP to join our Salem Hospital Emergency Department team. ED experience is preferred. We offer a 6-month robust onboarding and mentoring program designed to help you thrive in our high-volume emergency department. This program will build your clinical skills and independence in a supportive environment to staff our ambulatory emergency care area. We offer 24-hour emergency physician support with availability of all imaging modalities and access to specialist consultations. Our APPs enjoy graduated autonomy, a rich benefits package with a competitive salary, and a paid sabbatical month to reward longevity. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of clinical experience and be motivated learners looking for a long-term opportunity.
