is currently seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to join
our team in Salem. The Investment Operations Analyst helps
financial representatives grow their business by training on and
providing supporting for the investment processing tasks.Proposal
and Case PreparationGathering information for financial advisor's
meeting with client/prospectPreparing advisory annual review
informationPreparing and modifying PX and investment/advisory
proposalsPreparing letter of instruction for client
signaturePreparing investment policy statement, needs-based
analysis, or financial planRecommending fund portfolio optionsNew
Accounts and Asset MovementPreparing and processing all paperwork
needed for investment/advisory accountsProcess, submit, and track
transfers and rollovers of incoming client accountsCreate
investment proposals based on advisor's instructions (ENV2,
Proposal Generator, PCS)Input data into CRM, Netx360, Envestnet,
and data reports with new cases and new AUMReceive, track, and/or
forward checks and related paperwork to investment operations
areaProcessing proposal amendments in EnvestnetProcessing and
monitoring of funding of advisory accounts and asset transfers to
ensure selected asset allocation is implementedWebsite
walk-throughs and/or tutorials with new and existing
clientsRetirement PlanningAssist in obtaining all necessary
information along with specific instructions from the financial
advisor for PX inputProvide required input for all sections and
modulesInput each security's value and cost basis information in
the corresponding accountInput risk tolerance questionnaire and
select customization levelVerify information and data input is
completed correctly and relay information that is still needed to
advisorClient ServiceWork with clients to process deposits and
withdrawals, distributions, RMDs, buying and selling, and raising
cash, gifting and donation transfers, periodic orders, standing
instructions, etc.Remind clients when action is needed based on
client needs: RMDs, contributions, raising cash for income
distributions, etc.Monitoring Envestnet and Netx360 for alerts and
upcoming annual reviewsAssist with account beneficiaries, risk
tolerance updates, compliance flags, house holding, tax
withholdings, account bio information updates, and other client
service needs.Settle and assist with compliance-related situations
and flagsEstablishing check-writing, cash management,
cross-billing, and assisting with insurance paymentsAssist with
401k and Solo 401k accounts: new accounts and servicing existing
accounts, work with the TPA (paperwork, setting up automatic
statements to TPA, liaison between TPA and clients)Accepting
redemptions/withdrawals from clients and communicating instructions
to home officeDiscussing tax consequences, costs, and advisory fees
with clientMaintaining daily tickler system for account follow-ups
and service requirementsPerforming cashiering functionsRunning
performance reports in Envestnet, Morningstar and
NMCIRQualificationsFinancial Service or Insurance industry
experience preferredAssociate Financial Representative contract
requiredHealth and Life licensed or gain licensing within 6 months
of employmentSeries 6 required, and Series 63 required (or gain
within negotiated time period)Series 65 or 66 required (or gain
within negotiated time period)Demonstrated ability to maintain
effective working relationships with clientsExcellent oral and
written communication skillsAble to practice active listening and
communicate in a direct mannerStrong attention to detail with the
