**Customer Acquisition Marketing Strategy Advisor, - Work at Home**

We are currently seeking a dynamic & passionate marketing leader to drive customer acquisition for our DTC acquisition marketing programs. This marketing expert will help set the strategy for our marketing efforts and then work cross-functionally to deliver the expected business results. With responsibilities stretching across creating target audiences, creative development, media deployment, vendor management, and performance & budget management, this is a highly impactful and influential role.

The DTC Acquisition Marketing Strategy Advisor is a member of the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team with current focus on US Commercial businesses. Key responsibilities include:

Serving as a trusted partner, advisor and collaborator for customer acquisition.

Become a marketing DTC acquisition subject matter expert with a thorough understanding of how Cigna DTC Acquisition marketing program can be leveraged to meet company goals.

Develop a strong understanding of customers' unique challenges & opportunities then position Cigna to address those challenges.

Partner with solutions marketing strategy and execution teams on campaign launch plans and execution, ensuring that lead-with products are properly positioned in the marketing communications landscape.

Manage and keep up to date content catalog, repository of test and learn results, client- and customer- oriented KPIs, and overall program results.

Cross functional/matrix management with strong ability to influence others and create accountability to achieve business goals and marketing objectives.

Responsible for developing and mentoring direct team to achieve defined goals.

Embrace and nurture a high performance, modern marketing culture.


This role requires a strong strategic mindset, results-orientation, and roll-up-your sleeve mentality with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term vision and strategy. We are looking for a collaborator with experience directly interfacing across product, sales, account management, enterprise marketing and leadership within a highly matrixed environment.

**Ideal candidates will offer the following** :

Bachelor's degree with a minimum 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing or product marketing.

Ability to use and interpret data & analytics and translate them to targeting strategy.

Expert content developer with the ability to translate the complex into compelling ideas and narratives that resonate with prospects and customers.

Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams; strong team management skills

Strong Modern Marketer: ability to tell compelling, differentiated stories that disrupt, leverage data and insights to inform strategy and recommended approach, link business need to action

Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment across multiple functions and in support of diverse buyers and geographies.

Critical thinker and creative problem solver, who exercises good judgment in resolving difficult situations, prioritizes and can balance needs with enterprise objectives.

Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, and juggle multiple, sometimes competing, priorities and requirements.

Experience executing strategy within timeline, budget and quality standards.
