**What you'll be doing:**
The goal of the **Facilitator** is to facilitate virtual instructor
lead, instructor lead live, coaching sessions and webinars for
client facing colleagues in the Anaplan GTM organization to build
skills and knowledge for maximum productivity and to drive sales
**Major Duties And Responsibilities**
+ Participate in the Train the Trainer process to learn Corporate
Visions content and certify for all workshops.
+ Stay abreast of the CVI curriculum by completing all components
of the elearning library and reviewing all resource materials.
Participate in online forums to keep up to date on best practices
and incorporate relevant examples.
+ Leverage your client facing experience and share stories, include
examples from customer interactions in learning to build
credibility with learners and illustrate key points.
+ Follow facilitator guide to lead learners through appropriate
activities, discussions and debriefs
+ With support of facilitator guide, provide feedback to learners
to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change.
+ Pursue development opportunities focused facilitation, learner
engagement and classroom management excellence
+ Manage the classroom experience including tracking attendance,
addressing engagement, participation and documenting performance,
both strengths and development needs for participants.
+ Perform all administrative duties including class and exercise
preparation, schedule administration, and participant record
maintenance (e.g., test scores, evaluations and attendance)
+ Perform all LMS prerequisite requirements and post-training
duties including evaluation
+ Shadow sales and CS colleagues to gain deeper understanding of
how training is implemented in the field.
+ Coach learners on specific skills within a role, process and best
use of sales enablement materials, sales tools, onboarding and
+ Provide feedback to coaching activity exercises in Brainshark by
filling out a rubric with feedback to learners.
+ Leverage learning tools such as Mentimeter, Kahoot, the
whiteboard, polling and Breakout Rooms to encourage more
interactivity and engagement in virtual workshops.
**More about you:**
+ Bachelor's degree; Sales, business, and marketing majors
+ Client Facing Experience in a sales, customer success, presales
or sales support role **required**
+ Experience with learning tools i.e. Brainshark, Mindtickle,
Camtasia, Captivate, Kahoot, Mentimeter etc. a plus
+ Experience facilitating virtual workshops via zoom, webex etc.
and use of the breakout room, whiteboard and polling features
+ Exceptional facilitation skills
+ Knowledge of adult learning best practices
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
