Financial Customer Service RepresentativeStart Date: -10/10/2022Pay Range: -$18.18/hrContract Length: -3 months -Contract-to-HireWorksite Location: -Salem, OR 97301Training Schedule: -Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm(First 7 weeks - -cannot miss any time during training)Schedule: -Your schedule will be 40 hours per week (8 -hours per day, 5 days per week) within the below range Monday-Friday 6am-8pm Mon-Sat, they will ask for your preference either mornings or afternoonsJob Description:One of our largest financial clients is seeking seasoned customer service representatives to support their premier customer for 3rd party credit card inquiries or complaints. Duties may include:

  • Resolving complex inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers and upon escalation
  • Processing complex transactions online
  • Performing extensive research to resolve the complex customer problem and cross-selling or referring new services.
  • Receiving a large volume of inbound calls including
  • Inquiries about remaining balance on account
  • Questions about their invoice
  • Defaulting payment on account for a month if eligible, etc
