Job Description:

The Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort in Lincoln City, OR is seeking a couple of awesome people to add to our Team. The right candidates will be customer service oriented, have good attention to detail and be a team player. We currently have 32+ hours/week we are looking to fill, but would like flexibility to help with other shifts if there is a need.

--- Pay: $21+/hr*
--- *Base pay at $16 - $18/hr
--- *Summer Season bonus $5/hr worked June 1st through Sept 15th, paid at end of season
--- Sign on Bonus of $500.00! (paid after 90 days)

Houseperson Job Responsibilities Include:

--- Correct minor room deficiencies within the scope of the job, items such as replace light bulbs, tighten knobs, unclog toilets, change remote batteries, etc.
--- Maintain security for guests and property by doing regular property walks, insuring that room doors are locked at all times and reporting suspicious activity.
--- Assisting in the laundry department as requested.
--- Giving great customer service!
