UnitSalemThe role: Our Information Systems Branch is recruiting for
a SharePoint Power App administrator to join our Technical
Administration Unit! In this role, you will be responsible for
system functional design, implementation, administration and
support of Office 365 SharePoint services that provide workflow
automation for our agency's business lines. You will assist with
standing up governance and capability within our agency to adopt
the Microsoft Power platform and will work with a variety of
internal and external partners and stakeholders to accomplish this

life:Envision and develop solutions using the Microsoft Power
platform for ODOT businesses.Enable and deploy Microsoft 365 cloud
services and administer SharePoint Online and the related Microsoft
365 service.Deploy sites and monitor system health.Develop work
plans and track/report status of projects/tasks.Support quality
assurance testing and testing of recovery plans.Manage small
projects, build implementation plans and automate new business
processes.Analyze information architecture for site
owners.Contribute to established governance and planning team
efforts.Resolve problems for issue tickets escalated from our
customer support desk.Provide advice and assistance to our agency's
SharePoint web editors and site owners.Work in an office
environment with remote work options available.Travel to customer
sites to work with customer and to install and troubleshoot network
equipment required.May need to address roadside network device
equipment.Occasional off shift and weekend work is required and

information systems experience in:SharePoint administration with 1
year experience with SharePoint Online/ModernORAn associate's
degree in computer science, information technology, or related
field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational
training program in information technology or related field;ANDFour
(4) years of information systems experience in:SharePoint
administration with 1 year experience with SharePoint
Online/ModernORA bachelor's degree in information technology,
computer science, or related fieldANDTwo (2) years of information
systems experience in:SharePoint administration with 1 year
experience with SharePoint Online/ModernORMaster's degree in
information technology, computer science, or related field may
