Job Description:

We are now hiring a Customer Experience Field Trainer !!


The Customer Experience Field Supervisor/Trainer is responsible for facilitating the training and mentoring of the company's service professionals by helping them quickly develop rapport with customers and optimize service calls.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can ride with technicians, providing positive feedback on how to improve their processes and the customer's experience using our internal procedures.   Industry experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and positive outlook who can provide constructive criticism and be able to train our technicians to reach their full potential.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Show field technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
Conduct weekly and as needed trainings with technicians to develop their service skills
Conduct ride-alongs with service professionals and debrief with employees after the call
Ensure curbside feedback and other training materials are documented
Understand the sales and revenue needs of the company and coach customer experience processes to help enhance and exceed revenue goals
Work with Service managers to understand service professionals’ individual performance to consult and coach on how to improve or enhance performance


REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in the disciplines of HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical, preferred
Prior experience coaching a team 
Good outlook on life and a positive attitude
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required for this position
A minimum of 2 years residential service experience is preferred

Salary for this position $60,000- $65,000
