Responsible for supervising and performing the construction,
repair and maintenance on designated Shangri-La properties as
directed by the Facilities & Maintenance Manager.
Status: Full Time
Shift: Monday - Friday
Starting wage: 21.55 Hourly 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Reports to: Facilities Manager
Impact and Influence factor: Positions at this level have
on-going need or ability to analyze problem or concepts or make
decisions on the information. Positions at this level have an
on-going impact on organization operations, program outcomes,
expense, or budgetary outcomes. Program and policy development,
which could be significant, is also part of the job
Work Independence: Positions at this level are expected to
perform with a high degree of independence for both regular work
and special project work. Work is only reviewed on as needed basis.
Work done which contains errors or omissions may not be identified
internally. Guidance and direction are available upon request. Work
requires extensive decision-making.
Planning: Positions at this level have on-going planning and
goal-setting responsibilities. Planning processes typically impact
more than one function or work unit. Planning is made more
difficult because of the number of alternatives or obstacles to
successful completion of planned work. Plans must have long term
view in impact or results.
Supervision: Responsible for daily work or special project
direction that is provided to personnel in similar job functions at
comparable or subordinate levels. This work is usually limited in
time and to only a few individuals. Positions are not responsible
for hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
