The CTX Customer Relations Manager will support the Salem Health contract by performing the responsibilities noted below. The Customer Relations Manager will be based onsite at the Salem, OR hospital. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Coordinate and follow-up on all equipment sales, set-ups, deliveries, pick-up paperwork and billing requirements with CTX departments. Provide status updates. + Coordinate and follow-up on orders with Salem Health Administration to ensure delivery timetables are met. Provide status updates. + Receive and manage the onsite inventory of parts and supplies at Salem Health. Deliver to the Salem Health end-users, then report details through the ticketing system. + Follow-up and trouble-shoot service emergencies with service managers and dispatch department. + Research and respond to account customer inquiries related to equipment movement, equipment service, equipment supplies. + Coordinate and perform Implementation Plan training objectives. Subsequent re-training customer requests. + Report monthly analytics to Service Manager to ensure SLAs are being met. + Attend all Major Account Reviews, prepare for and attend all QBR's. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: + Ability to interact with Account Executives, members of the various departments and CTX customers. + Ability to participate in group meetings and conference calls through Microsoft Teams. + A high level of analytical ability is required in order to find solutions to difficult human, technical and administrative problems. + High level of communication skills (both oral and written) in order to convey knowledge and ideas in a logical manner to others. WORKING CONDITIONS: Physical demands: Standing, sitting, walking, driving, hearing, speaking, writing, attendance, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
