About the Role:

Reporting to the CIO, your focus in this role is to make connections with people, motivate and inspire them to achieve results. This can include managing numerous business-facing teams, guiding the development of design, service management, and strategic business partnership capabilities, and provide insight to all impacted team members.

  • Managers provide an environment that fosters success for employees which encompasses transparency and communication. Management responsibilities include leading and evaluating results of the department and creating an engaging culture. Supervisory responsibilities include talent management, aligning individual performance expectations with organizational goals, developing performance goals collaboratively with their direct reports, providing fair, constructive feedback towards performance goals, providing assistance and coaching as needed, ensuring that staff have professional development plans in place and performance management. Managers address conflicts on the team, mediate and resolve issues
  • Provide leadership over teams that provides architecture, development and implementation of complex solutions that promote the business in a secure manner
  • Assess and bring technology capabilities to expedite projects and ensure speed to market while maximizing benefits achieved

You Have:

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience including technical and solution development in an enterprise environment. Four (4) years of the required experience must include management experience;

OR

  • Ten (10) years of experience including technical and solution development in an enterprise environment. Four (4) years of the required experience must include management experience.
