Many Salem-Keizer Public Schools positions may require staff to
report to a school or physical work location as we transition
students back to 'in-person' classes. In particular, applicants to
elementary school assignments should be aware that elementary
students will resume a hybrid, 'in-person' schedule by early March.
Other school levels or assignment locations may also require
reporting to a physical location to help meet school and program

Salem-Keizer Public Schools is accepting applications for

RATE OF PAY:
$12.67 per hour for Substitutes, subject to change
All paid employees (including temporary and substitute
employees) must be fingerprinted and have a district criminal
history check as a condition of employment. The cost for
fingerprinting is $59 and the employee is responsible for payment.
Employees may elect to have the fee deducted from their paycheck in
one or two increments.
