In this entry-level role, you would be helping to be the"face" of our assisted living/memory care community. You would be providinggeneral business office services (filing, filling out forms, assisting linestaff and managers), greet families, residents, and other visitors, as well as offeringdirection to questions and concerns. You are known here In this job, everyday you will... 1. Represents the facility in receiving residents,staff and the public in a positive, helpful manner, and demonstrates Companymission, philosophy and core values.2. Directs residents and guests to the appropriateoffice for assistance, resident apartment, or activity area as needed.3. Answers the telephone within two rings anddirects calls to appropriate party, minimizing "holding" time.4. Provides clerical support to all departments, asassigned by supervisor, in a timely and organized manner.5. Copies, collates, and staples materials asrequested.6. Provides support to other departments bymaintaining files, assist in filing, typing labels, and other office tasks asrequested.7. Sorts and distributes incoming mail andprocesses outgoing mail.
