With over 500 employees across five states, our team of dedicated people work to set us apart creating safe innovative solutions and exceeding customer expectations for their portable restrooms and services, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers.A "Day in the Life":The Route Supervisor will primarily be responsible for coordinating and supervising Honey Bucket Route Drivers to ensure the highest quality service possible for our customers while maintaining safety and efficiency. In addition to supervisor duties, Route Supervisors must also be willing to take on operations duties to ensure timely and satisfactory results for customers.In addition to these core functions, the Route Supervisor will also have the opportunity to:* Teach, train, lead, and test Honey Bucket employees 'our goal is to be the premier provider of services in our industry and to do this we need the best employees!* Sell units and services - Route Supervisors must commit to increasing revenue and customer base.* Engage customers to ensure expectations are met and the highest standards of quality are being met.* Inspect units for quality and ensure that all Honey Bucket Service Standards are being maintained - give recognition where it is deserved and provide follow-up training when it is necessary.* Completing operations tasks, to include pre-trips, coordinating event deliveries and servicing, doing deliveries, pickups, services, minor truck repairs, various problem solving, and follow up trainingQualifications and skillsYou're perfect for this job if you:* Are willing to do all aspects of a Honey Bucket route Driver* Have a passion for quality and customer service* Ability to work an average of 10-14 hour days (and weekends)* Mechanical aptitude and strong in operation bases supervision* Must have experience with growing their people, developing a strong team, & holding people accountable* Proven leadership and supervisors experience* Have a Clean Driving Record and ability to pull a 25 foot trailer on a daily basisWe Offer:Honey Bucket is committed to the growth and development of our employees' offering on the job training, advancement opportunities and a unique life-long learning program that provides tuition reimbursement for almost any class.Honey Bucket reinvests 20% of net profits into employees through annual performance bonuses and provides shareholder opportunities to management.Our exceptional benefits package includes employer-paid medical, vision and dental for you and your family plus paid time-off and generous union pension.
