Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Model and instill leadership and accountability to Retail
Lead assigned branches to meet or exceed goals as set annually
by senior management.
Ensure coaching effectiveness of Branch Managers through review
Serve as the first point of contact for all assigned
Participate as a member of the leadership team to establish
overall visions, goals, and strategies.
Ensure that Retail Operations adheres to fiscal and Compliance
standards and expectations.
The ideal candidate will have the highest level of ethical
behavior, have a four-year degree in Business, Economics, Banking
or equivalent financial experience. A minimum of 5+ years success
in a leadership role at a financial institution or related
industry. And a minimum of 5+ years in a direct selling role with
demonstrated progressive responsibilities.
