Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Production to join their team. As a General Production, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: General Production Location: Stayton, OR Pay Range: $22.08 Shift: Dayshift hours are Monday-Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 or 3:30 PM What's the Job? Operate small and large machines involved in door production Work on the door assembly line, building doors efficiently and accurately Inspect all products to ensure quality standards are met Machining doors for hardware installation Prepare materials and handle inventory management tasks What's Needed? Previous experience in commercial woodworking, manufacturing, or warehouse environments Basic knowledge of building materials Ability to perform simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools Strong attention to detail and safety compliance Willingness to maintain a clean and organized work area What's in it for me?
