Job Description:
Our client, a leading Grass Seed and Fertilizer manufacturing
organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker- General
Machine Operator to join their team. As a Production Worker-
General Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the
manufacturing department supporting the small pack line operations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to
detail, and a proactive attitude, which will help ensure success in
this role. Job Title: Production Worker- General Machine Operator
Location: Independence, OR Pay Range: $21.00/hour Shift: Second
Shift 3pm-1:30am Monday-Friday What's the Job? Operate and monitor
small pack line (Line 3) to ensure smooth production flow Perform
routine quality checks and document results accurately Maintain
cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet safety
standards Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues to
minimize downtime Follow safety protocols and company policies at
all times What's Needed? Ability to work effectively in a team
environment Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes Reliable and
punctual with a strong work ethic Basic understanding of
