Exact Staff is hiring Production & Packaging Operators to support our client’s fast-paced manufacturing facility. Location: Brownsville, Oregon Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Graveyard Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities: Bagging & Packaging Operate bagging, baler, shrink wrap, forklift, pallet jack, and sealing equipment. Stack and wrap finished pallets, label products, and maintain accurate production records. Perform quality control checks by collecting pellet samples and tagging pallets with shift and production details. Baler Operation Stack bales, seal with an iron, and securely wrap pallets for storage. Complete production reports and verify bale weights for quality tracking. General Expectations Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods (up to 7 hours per shift). Keep a clean and organized work area. Communicate material issues and equipment concerns to the Shift Lead.
