Permanent Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of
our manufacturing operations, ensuring our machinery runs smoothly
and efficiently. This role is perfect for a hands-on individual who
thrives on problem-solving and has a strong understanding of
technical, mechanical, and electrical systems. You will be
responsible for carrying out regular preventive maintenance,
troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs to minimize downtime
and maintain our high standards of quality and safety. You will
work closely with our production team, providing technical support
and improving our manufacturing methods and procedures. This is a
fantastic opportunity for someone with 5 years of experience in a

Responsibilities: 1. Perform regular preventive maintenance on
machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure optimal
operation. 2. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues and electrical
systems, minimizing downtime. 3. Read and interpret equipment
manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and
service. 4. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and
orderly work areas. 5. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of
production equipment during production and perform scheduled
maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
6. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those
and any unusual situations to proper supervision. 7. Use a variety
of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling
equipment in performing duties. 8. Evaluate, recommend and execute
modifications to equipment in order to improve productivity and
quality. 9. Collaborate with the production team to improve
manufacturing methods and procedures. 10. Participate in continuous
improvement initiatives and suggest ways to optimize processes.
Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a
maintenance role within a manufacturing or industrial setting. 2.
Proven technical understanding and ability to read and interpret
blueprints, schematics, and manuals. 3. Solid knowledge of
manufacturing methods and procedures. 4. Strong mechanical skills,
with experience in using a variety of hand and power tools. 5.
Proficient in electrical systems, with the ability to diagnose and
repair issues. 6. Demonstrated experience in preventive
maintenance. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail. 8. Strong communication and teamwork skills. 9. Ability to
handle physical workload and work in a fast-paced environment. 10.
Safety-conscious and familiar with standard safety protocols in a
