Job Description Job Description Be home daily on a Local Intermodal route with top pay! A typical work shift will have multiple dispatches with a mix of live load and drop and hook freight.Expect to work a 10-12 hours per day. Currently recruiting for a variable shift schedule. Start times anywhere from 4AM to 9AM based on customer needs in the market. - Valid CDL-A plus 3 months of Class A CDL experience required - This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees Lane Details: - Average dispatch is a 160-mile radius from the rail ramp - Home daily with 2 consecutive days off (5 days a week by schedule, optional 6th day for extra pay) - Occasional customer or mechanical delays may require overnight stays. - Pay structure is Ring Pay with the average dispatch being 50 miles but up to 300 miles roundtrip - Daycabs. This is a slip-seat position. - All tractors will leave and return to the yard daily. - Currently recruiting 3rd shift (late afternoon/evening startup time) days off being Sat/Sun. With the fleet size and business needs at times there needs to be flexibility with schedule.
