Job Description Job Description Job Title: Delivery Driver Job Description This position involves overseeing the warehouse and managing all aspects of inventory. You will be responsible for receiving and inspecting products, updating the inventory system, and ensuring materials are appropriately categorized for immediate use or storage. Responsibilities Accept carriers and products via various methods such as trailer, flatbed, and small parcel. Verify and inspect products and materials for quantity, color, and defects immediately upon receipt. Match incoming products with the Bill of Lading and Purchase Order, and update the inventory system. Label materials to determine if they go directly into stock or are needed immediately on a job site. Handle shipping of kits, samples, and returns to clients and vendors, requiring knowledge of UPS/FedEx and carrier freight systems. Maintain an organized warehouse, storing all project materials, returns, overstock, and warranty items. Perform local deliveries and pickups of products, tools, and materials using a company van or truck. Essential Skills Knowledge of inventory management and shipping/receiving systems. Experience with UPS/FedEx and carrier freight systems. Ability to maintain an organized warehouse environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift experience. Box truck driving experience.
