ROBERT HALF is partnering with a boutique firm in Salem, Oregon for a Trusts and Probate Paralegal to support one attorney. The role offers competitive compensation 45-85K DOE, Medical and dental insurance, 401K with 3% match, PTO, paid holidays and more!
The role can function out of either their Lake Oswego or Salem office primarily, however flexibility to work from the Salem office for client meetings and signings will be required once weekly.
Requirements
Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:

• 
  
• 
  1+ years of experience as a paralegal in Trusts
  
  
• 
  Additional experience with Probate, a plus
  
  
• 
  Experience drafting Trusts, Deeds and other Estate Planning documents
  
  
• 
  Excellent people skills and ability to work empathetically with clientele
  
  
• 
  Strong organizational and administrative skills, such as calendar management, client scheduling, data entry, answering phones and corresponding with clients, etc.
