A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager, HAP
Tech.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer implementations and serve as the primary point of
contact during initial deployments
Own the creation, coordination, and execution of project plans in
collaboration with cross-functional teams
Accountable for managing project phases, including configuration,
testing, training, and stabilization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; BS degree strongly preferred
5+ years of experience in project management focused on software
deployment in B2B companies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prior experience using SQL, Python, R, or other analytical
tools
Strong track record of driving successful healthcare technology
implementation projects
