Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Technical Support
Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, printer, and broadband
network issues
Troubleshoot LMS (online school) issues
Log all calls in call tracking system, escalate calls when
necessary, and provide follow-up to verify problem resolution
Required Qualifications:
Prior technical contact center/Help Desk experience
Strong working knowledge of various software applications and
operating systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone manners and customer service skills
CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ certifications preferred
