Are you a Help Desk Support Technician looking for a full-time position with an established company and an excellent team? We are currently looking for a resourceful, results-driven person to join our team.What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for the day to day desktop/laptop, telephone, AV and network support for all levels of end users and departments.
• Provide end user support and problem resolution for windows-based desktop/laptop computers, telephones, Microsoft Office 365 and other desktop software applications.
• Supporting many off site locations, via Remote Software Tools
• Setting up and deploying new hardware
• WIFI and Mobile Device troubleshooting and support
• Installing customized software
• Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource.

    • 1+ years IT experience supporting windows based operating systems.
      • Great customer service skills
      • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
        • Microsoft certifications a plus
          • Strong written and verbal communication skill
