  • This position is Inbound Customer Service providing Customer Service & -Technical Support Assistance for cutting edge Electronic Lockboxes and Access Keys to -the real estate industry. -
    • Candidates are expected to multi-task tools and screens to perform Technical Support Assistance via telephone in an efficient and effective manner, while maintaining courtesy -and professionalism.
      • Determine call resolution and document calls appropriately.
        • Apply established customer satisfaction skills to resolve issues with end users providing a positive customer service experience.
          • Follow call-handling procedures to assure uniform support within the guidelines of the department.
            • Meet call handling, volume and productivity performance metrics.
              • Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.
                • This -Customer Service Technical Support position is located On-site in an office call center environment.
                  • Must be flexible with work schedule from the hours of -5:00am - 7:00pm - - -The Call Center is open 7 days p/wk. - There is only a 1st Shift -- -Mon - Sun; You work 4 -week days & either Sat or Sun. - -8hrs work & 30min Lunch. - After training -you will be given a set schedule - -
                  • Shifts: 4 week days & SAT or SUN: - 5a-130p, 6a-230p, 7a-330p, 8a-430p, 9a-530p, 10a-630p, 1030a-7pm REQUIRED SKILL & EXPERIENCE
                    • High school diploma or -GED
                    • Pass a drug test -
                    • Pass a background check
                    • Need minimum of 6 -months of Call Center Customer Service experience
                    • Must have strong Customer Service soft-skills
                    • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
                    • Must be able to communicate -information easily over the telephone and email
                    • Experience with ORACLE or ARIBA Software is A -plus
                    • Able to Interview ASAP & Start Working in 1 -2 weeks
