Our Client is seeking a Field Service Support Technician in Salem, OR.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time, temp-to-hire position. Work 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

Perform client-site servicing, repair and installation of Company products
Provide field support on hardware and software systems, systems networking and on medical or laboratory devices and equipment
Provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment
Serve as a customer contact on technical and service related problems
Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures
Determine most cost effective repair/solutions to minimize customer downtime
Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues

Job Requirements:

High School Degree or Equivalent (GED)
Must be able to work outdoors
Must be able to climb a ladder and perform roof work on occasion
