Job Description Job Description Recruiting Coordinator Location: Onsite in Camas, WA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Compensation: $25-$30 per hour Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire About the Role LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our lclient's Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage key administrative and coordination activities across the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews Post and maintain job openings across internal and external platforms Screen resumes and route qualified candidates to recruiters/hiring managers Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and status updates Manage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate documentation Assist with pre-employment processes including background checks, reference checks, and offer documentation Support onboarding activities for new hires as needed Maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and related documentation Partner closely with recruiters, HR, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely hiring processes Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 1 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience using an ATS or HRIS tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) High level of attention to detail and professionalism Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Search managed by: Ashley Armstrong Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
